Welcome to Frienguin. By accessing or using the Frienguin mobile application or related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Frienguin is a mobile/web application that helps you connect with others, build your profile, and use features we provide from time to time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your country to consent to use such services) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these Terms with you. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you can form a binding contract with us.

3. Account and Registration

  • You may sign up using email and password or through supported third-party sign-in (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Your Conduct and Content

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the Service.

  • You must not: harass, bully, or threaten others; post false or misleading information; impersonate others; spam; or use the Service for illegal activities.

  • Content you submit (e.g. profile information, photos) must not infringe anyone else’s rights (including intellectual property or privacy). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

  • We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including design, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Frienguin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service or content except as we explicitly allow.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frienguin and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 EUR), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece (Hellenic Republic), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Greece, except where prohibited or where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise (e.g. in the European Union).​

12. General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and Frienguin regarding the Service.

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
